Described is a process for the preparation of room-temperature curable resins which comprises reacting a compound (A) containing at least two acryloyl groups and/or methacryloyl groups, and having a number-average molecular weight from 100 to 100,000 with an aminosilane compound (B) under substantially water-free conditions,and subsequently reacting the reaction product of the aminosilane-modified resin with a monofunctional isocyanate.
