PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic motor which can produce high output stably even if the pressing force fluctuates due to low accuracy of pressing spring by making uniform the pressing force on the contacting faces of rotor and stator. CONSTITUTION:A slide member 12 is disposed movably in the axial direction with respect to a shaft section 5-c with a pressing spring 11 abutting, on the other end thereof, on the sliding member 12 thus transmitting the pressing force from the pressing spring 11 through a bearing 13 and a rotor output transmitting member 14 to a rotor 7. |
