<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electric warm water machine in which heating of water can be controlled by judged result by automatically judging whether a resident is absent or present according to sensing of locking state of an electric lock provided at an entrance door. CONSTITUTION:The electric warm water machine comprises a heater 2 arranged in a tank 1, a controller 12 for controlling energization of the heater 2 and heating of water in the tank 1, and lock detecting means 16 for detecting a locked state of an electric lock 15 provided at an entrance door 14, wherein it is so controlled that, when the means 16 does not detect an 'unlock' signal of the lock 15, heating of water is not conducted, while when the means 16 detects the 'unlock' signal of the lock 15, water is heated according to midnight power time zone.</p> |
