Assembly has a conveyor system with two conveyor belts (1,2) at a gap (a) from each other. Their rollers move in the same direction (D) but at different speeds (v1, v2). Also claimed is a system to transfer dough to the conveyors, through a dough conveyor belt with equidistant lateral grooves, the dough is shaped with a larger dia. at the centre than at the ends for placing in the grooves. Pref. the lower belt (1) moves at a faster speed (v1) towards the outlet (6) than the other belt (2). At the outlet end (6) of both belts (1,2) the shaping roller (8) has different cross-sections over its length according to the required end shape of the dough, with tapering cross-section in the centre and/or displaced in the direction of dough travel. The shaping roller (8) works with the lower and faster (v1) belt (1). USE/ADVANTAGE - The assembly is for the prepn. of dough to wind it, knead it, and/or roll it out. The dough is worked consistently and automatically, without breaking or distortion with accurate positioning for further work stations.
