PURPOSE:To provide a cordless telephone set and a call line setting method, by which a radio line can be set even if the incoming call request of a master unit and the call request of a slave unit are simultaneously generated. CONSTITUTION:When the passing of a control signal occurs between the master unit 1 and the slave unit 2 at the time of setting the radio line, the transmission of a call request signal is stopped after prescribed time elapses from the start of the transmission of the call request signal by the slave unit 2, and the down line of a control radio line different from a control line transmitting the request signal is carrier-sensed. When the collision of the control signal occurs between the master unit 1 and the slave unit 2 at the time of setting the radio line, the incoming call request signal of the master unit 1, which is transmitted on the down line, is received. When it is recognized that a unit transmitting the signal is the master unit 1 by an identifier included in the incoming call request signal, a recall signal is transmitted on the down line of the control radio line. The master unit 1 receiving the signal designates a call radio line to the slave unit 2 by shifting a system to a call state, and the call from the slave unit 2 is preferentially executed. |
