摘要 The laser treatment unit is for selective destruction of tumour-producing and malignant tumour viruses in body fluids and cell systems, by targetted irradiation with wavelength-tunable laser system. The novelty is that the unit consists of (i) a first laser unit for extra-corporal irradiation of intra-corporal fluid, esp. blood, and (ii) a second laser unit for intra-corporal irradiation of organ regions, esp. the palate, the gastro-intestinal tract and the lymph node. The two laser units may comprise the same or different laser systems. The tunable laser system is a pulsed or continuous wave titanium:sapphire (Ti:Al2O3) laser with a tunable wavelength range of 650-1050 nm, a pulsed or continuous wave Cr:LiSAF (Cr:LiSrAlF6) laser with a tunable wavelength range of 750-1000 nm. or a pulsed or continuous wave Cr:LiCAF (Cr:LiCaAlF6) laser with a tunable wavelength range of 700-900 nm. The first laser unit is connected to the patient by an arterial or venous tube connections, esp. a double channel catheter, bypass or shunt. The second laser unit has an optical fibre with an irradiation probe at its distal end. Prior to irradiation, a percutaneous or oral chromoprotein is fed to the patient. USE - Used esp. for AIDS virus in human blood circuit and certain organ regions.
