Arrangement for dispensing and mixing of two different paste, or low to high viscosity substances, especially the masses used in dental work, comprising two storage containers for the two substances, devices for simultaneous dispensing of the two substances, via channels, into a mixing chamber, a drive for the dispensing devices, and a mixing element, where the mixing chamber and the mixing element constitute removable and disposable components, being novel in that the dispensing and dosing devices consist of rotary lobe pumps (1) for each substance, and where at least one of the pumps drives an agitator (2) in one of the storage containers (3, 4). Raw components in Storage containers (3, 4) are maintained stirred by, preferably spiral agitator elements (2) (claimed). The preferred lobe type / p.d. pump (1) is a gear pump (claimed). In operation the components are pumped via container outlets (10) and channels (12) to a mixing chamber (13), where mixing is achieved by rotation of an agitator element (14) driven by a bevel gear arrangement from the pump drive shafts (16, 11).
