<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a high normalizing circuit by band-limiting a luminance signal and chromaticity signal to match with the specification of a general monitor TV receiver and then by separately band-converting them. CONSTITUTION:A NTSC color video signal inputted from terminal 1 is supplied by distributing amplifier circuit 2 to luminance signal LPF3, synchronous separator circuit 4 and color signal BPF5 and a luminance signal separated by LPF3 is band- compressed by A/D converter 6 and D/D converter 7 and then written in Y-signal memory 8. A color signal having passed through BPF5 is converted by color demodulation circuit 9 into color difference R-Y signal 10 and B-Y signal 11, which are converted into PCM codes by A/D converter 13 and then written in memories 15 and 16. Next, luminance signals written in respective memories and color difference signals are read out in the above-mentioned order by way of switch 17 and made into serial data by parallel-series converter circuit 18 before being outputted from terminal 20 through circuit modulator 19. Consequently, the need for a high normalization circuit is eliminated to reduce its price low.</p> |
