PURPOSE:To provide a new vector useful for incorporating animal cell chromosome with a virus- or cell-derived oncogene or conditionally mutational oncogene. CONSTITUTION:The objective adenovirus vector incorporated with (A) a virus- or cell-derived oncogene or a conditionally mutational oncogene (e.g. heat- sensitive SV initial gene). This vector can be obtained by incorporating (a) the DELTAEl/X region in an adenovirus gene where the base sequence from 455th to 3330th from the left end of this gene has been deleted with (b) a DNA fragment containing a cell- or virus-derived wild or conditionally mutational oncogene. |
