PURPOSE:To simply and efficiently obtain a food useful for a drink of fruit juice having excellent solubility by spraying a solution of a specific polyglycerol fatty acid ester upon specific edible powder while fluidizing the powder, granulating and then drying. CONSTITUTION:To an edible powder such as dextrin having a low dispersibility in water, preferably 0.05-3wt.% (based on the whole powder) polyglycerol fatty acid ester comprising a 8-14C fatty acid and a polyglycerol having 4-10 degree of polymerization are sprayed while being fluidized, granulated and dried to give the objective food. |
