PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a circuit by providing only one interface to a television game machine by providing one interface connected to the television game machine in an external storage device for a television game, and constituting the external storage device of the interface and plural kinds of storage devices. CONSTITUTION:When a command to a storage device from a television game machine 101 is transmitted to an SASI interface 103 through a signal line 102, a CPU 105 reads and interprets the command and decides whether it is that to an FDD 110 or that to a CD-ROM drive 109. For instance, when it is decided that the command is that of the CD-ROM 109, the command is outputted to the CD-ROM drive 109 through as SASI interface 107. Subsequently, by controlling a bus control circuit 104, buses of the SASI interfaces 103, 107 are connected. By this operation, the command is delivered to the CD-ROM drive 109 and executed. |
