PURPOSE:To improve the freedom of a design as a continuous-layer row house by making passage ways reaching each dwelling unit independent even at the time of one entrance, to ensure a fire-escape passage way and enhance safety by completely partitioning a passage way on a first floor and a passage way on a second floor and to obtain appearance as a detached house on appearance. CONSTITUTION:In a continuous-layer row house having discrete dwelling unit 1, 2 on a first floor and a second floor, one entrance 3 is installed at the proper position of the dwelling unit 1 on the first floor. Separately independent door of a gate 4 for the first floor and door of a gate 5 for the second floor are mounted in the entrance 3. A stair room 6 extending over the second floor from the first floor is formed in the certain section of the entrance 3. The first floor section of the stair room 6 is partitioned by a partition to shape a passage way for the first floor and a passage way for the second floor. A stair, on which a man ascends to and descends from the second floor, is set up to the passage way for the second floor. A passage way reaching a vestibule on the first floor through the passage way for the first floor from the door of the gate 4 for the first floor and a passage way reaching the stair through the passage way for the second floor from the door of the gate 5 for the second floor are made independent. |
