ELECTRODE TRANSFER SHEET AND FORMATION OF ELECTRODE SUBSTRATE

PURPOSE:To easily form an electrode substrate having an electrode continued in a range over a plurality of faces at a low cost without using a photolithography process. CONSTITUTION:An electrode transfer sheet 1 is provided by forming the ink pattern of an electrode into a prescribed shape on one side face having a mold release function in a flexible supporting body. The electrode transfer sheet 1 is stuck on a first face of an insulating substrate 6 provided with an adhesive layer 8. The ink pattern of the electrode is transferred on the first face of the insulating substrate 6. Thereafter the electrode transfer sheet is continued to a second face which is adjacent to the first face and has an angle, bent and stuck to transfer the ink pattern of the electrode on the second face of the insulating substrate 6. Thereafter the ink pattern of the electrode in the electrode transfer sheet 1 is similarly transferred on a third and fourth necessary faces. After the supporting body is peeled, the insulating substrate 6 is heat- treated to form an electrode substrate.
