PURPOSE:To perform the process from the coating of laminating members with an adhesive to the completion of a laminated material within a short time and to automate a laminated material producing line in the production of the laminated material used in a door panel such as a fireproof door, a partitioning material, a wall material, the top plate of a desk or a blackboard. CONSTITUTION:A laminated material is produced through a process #12 applying a humidity curable hot-melt adhesive to the surface of at least one laminating member, a process #13 humidifying the surface coated with the adhesive, a process #14 superposing a plurality of laminating members one upon another to form a laminate, a process heating the laminate and a process #17 applying cold pressing to the heated laminate. The process heating the laminate contains a process #15 preheating the laminate and a process #16 applying hot pressing to the preheated laminate. Further, a process #17 applying cold pressing to the laminate and a process #18 applying cold air to the laminate to cool the same are provided. |
