PURPOSE:To furnish a recorder making it possible to realize improvement in the grade of print and the lifetime of an apparatus by preventing a change in the contact of a photo-sensitive drum with an intermediate transfer drum, regarding a recorder using the intermediate transfer drum. CONSTITUTION:In regard to a color recorder of a system wherein an electrostatic latent image is formed on the surface of a photosensitive drum 10 charged with electricity, by laser beam exposure, and developed by each color developer and each color toner image developed is transferred sequentially onto an intermediate transfer drum 20 in pressure contact with the photosensitive drum 10, the recorder has a construction characterized in that a shaft 10a of the photo-sensitive drum 10 is supported displaceably in the direction of incidence of a laser beam and thereby a contact pressure between the photosensitive drum 10 and the intermediate transfer drum 20 can be controlled. |
