PURPOSE:To integrate a laminate and prevent fusion-bonding malfunction by providing a laminate of fibrous skin having air permeability and polypropylene base resin extruded foamed sheet at a fitting, charging polypropylene base resin preliminarily foamed particles, supplying steam to preliminarily heat it, and then earnestly heating it. CONSTITUTION:A laminate 11 of fibrous skin 10 having air permeability and a polypropylene base resin extruded foamed sheet 9 is provided on an inner surface of a mold A1. Then, after the mold A1 and a mold B2 are clamped, polypropylene base resin preliminarily foamed particles are charged in the molds by a feeder 8. Thereafter, steam is supplied from a vapor hole 4 of the mold B2, and preliminarily heated at a lower temperature than a temperature for fusion-bond the particles. The particles are evaporated and earnestly heated at a fusion-bond temperature or higher. That is, the particles are heated via the steam from the hole 4 of the mold B2, and steam is simultaneously introduced from a steam inlet 13 of the mold A1 to heat the mold A1. |
