发明名称 METHOD FOR REINFORCING FOAMED VERMICULITE PARTICLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve compression property by dipping a foamed vermiculite particle in a latex, impregnating the foamed vermiculite with the latex of a specific weight ratio in terms of solid matter followed by drying. CONSTITUTION:The rubber blended latex is prepared by adding <=30wt.% (hereafter %) vulcanized agent such as S and <=5% vulcanization accelerator such as thiosulfate per the solid matter of the latex to the rubber based latex such as nitril rubber and mixing. Next, the foamed vermiculite particle is dipped into the rubber blended latex, is impregnated with 5-30% of the latex in terms of solid matter per the foamed vermiculite, is dried by heating and furthermore vulcanized at a prescribed temp. to obtain the rubber based latex-reinforced foamed vermiculite particle. The reinforced vermiculite particle has the excellent rate of compression change (percentage of the change in the sample thickness under the pressure of 150kg/cm<2> and 250kg/cm<2> based on the sample thickness under 50kg/cm<2>) and the excellent recovery rate of compression change compared with a non-reinforced foamed vermiculite particle.
