PURPOSE:To obtain a maleimide resin composition excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance and moldability by mixing a maleimide resin with an ethylene/ CO/alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises 99.5-60wt.% maleimide resin desirably comprising 5-40wt.% residues of a maleimide monomer (e.g. phenylmaleimide), 40-90wt.% residues of an aromatic vinyl monomer (e.g. styrene), 0-30wt.% residues of other vinyl monomers (e.g. acrylonitrile) and 0-35wt.% rubbery elastomer (e.g. polybutadiene) and having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.25-1.5dl/g as measured on its methyl ethyl ketone solubles and having a grafting ratio of 10-150wt.% and 0.5-40wt.% ethylene/CO/alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer desirably comprising 30-90wt.% residues of ethylene, 1-40wt.% residues of CO, and 5-60wt.% residues of an alkyl (meth)acrylate. |
