PURPOSE:To obtain a therapeutic agent useful as an external preparation such as eye drop, comprising phytocystatin, and having low toxicity, capable of being administered for a long period of time, having excellent safety. CONSTITUTION:This therapeutic agent comprises (A) a phytocystatin such as oryzacystatin and preferably (B) an antiviral acyclonucleotide such as acyclovir. The content of the component A is preferably 0.0001-5% in the case of external preparation and its dose is preferably daily 10mg-10g in the case of oral administration. |
