PURPOSE: To easily execute the secondary filling of a distributor without problems such as the scattering of contents and the like by forming a cut rib on a part of a lid inside of a valve, and mounting a foil piece on an upper part of an inner container mounted in a container. CONSTITUTION: An inner cylinder 3 having a sealed foil piece 9, that is the inner cylinder 3 just in a state on the market, is inserted into a cup-shaped container 2 toward the direction of an arrow A. Then a lid 1 is loaded in the direction of an arrow B, whereby the foil piece 9 of the inner cylinder 3 is cut and opened by a peak 15 of a valve 4 and a cutting edge 8 to form the dispense opening. This dispense opening is further expanded by a cutting screw 6 when the lid 1 is screwed on an edge 11 of the container 2. Accordingly, by opening a flap piece 14 of the valve 4, the contents in the inner cylinder 3 can be easily discharged to the external through a discharge passage 7 of the valve 4. A waterproof paper case preferably coated with wax or silicon can be used as the inner container 3. The foil piece 9 is formed by a strip thinner than the wall of the inner container 3. |
