<p>PURPOSE:To prevent abnormally high pressure apt to occur during operation on one side oil pressure circuit although double pilot check valves or fixed restrictors are provided tuereu in double acting cylinder 3 type oil pressure circuits. CONSTITUTION:Double pilot check valves 6, 7 and fixed restrictors 8, 9 are provided in oil pressure circuits 4, 5 of a double acting cylinder 3, which makes a hydraulic operation through a main relief valve 1, a solenoid valve 2 and the like and which is a type that applies load to a cylinder head area A side of larger pressure receiving area and, among these oil pressure circuits, an oil pressure circuit 5 on a cylinder rod area B side of smaller pressure receiving area is provided with a relief valve 10 between the solenoid valve 2 and the double pilot check valve 7.</p> |
