METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR LAMINATING PREPREG

PURPOSE:To prevent peeling an end of a precut prepreg from a mold release sheet at an upstream side from a lowermost position of a laminating roll. CONSTITUTION:When a precut prepreg 6 is developed to be adhered by a laminating roll 14 while peeling the prepreg 6 from a mold release sheet 2 to a laminating material 7 placed on a table, the end of the prepreg 6 of a precut prepreg tape 12a fed to a lowermost position of the roll 14 is heated at an upstream side of the roll 14 to enhance an adhesive strength of the prepreg 6 by the sheet 2. Thus, a method and an apparatus for laminating the prepreg can effectively adhere the end of the prepreg 6 without peeling it from the sheet 2 before the prepreg 6 reaches the material 7.
