PURPOSE: To impart a fan function to a flywheel by forming a cylindrical portion in parallel with a hub at a certain spacing thereto, forming a central flange in the area to the outer extremity of the hub, and there installing a plurality of blades so that the air is moved in the axial direction with respect to a groove in the flywheel. CONSTITUTION: A flywheel 51 is equipped with a cylindrical portion 81 positioned in parallel with the hub 61 at a certain spacing therefrom and extending from the peripheral edge 77 of radial direction outside of a center flange 71. An outer flange 91, including a cogged peripheral edge, is formed being directed from the bottom 83 of the cylindrical portion 81 to the radial direction outside. A plurality of blades 121 inclined to the axis 65 are arranged inside the center flange 71, and air is moved through an opening 111 into a groove 53 provided in the flywheel 51. |
