PURPOSE:To make automatic opening/shutting control available only when a specified passing body passes by a method wherein bar code indications are read and are judged to be identical with passage-permitting data. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a specific controlled vehicle that is given a passage permission passes through a shutter apparatus on an entrance/exit port, a first passing vehicle detecting sensor 11 read bar code indications with a bar code reader 8. When a code data judging device 10 judges that the read data agree with passage permitting data, unlocking is executed. As the vehicle proceeds further and is detected by a second passing vehicle detecting sensor 12, a shutter curtain is operated for opening, allowing the vehicle to pass through the shutter. As the situation changes to non-detecting state after the passage, an opening/shutting controller 7 outputs a command for shutting to an opening/shutting device 6, and the shutter curtain is shut thereby. |
