PURPOSE:To provide a film excellent in antistatic and release properties. CONSTITUTION:The film comprises a plastic film and, formed on at least one side thereof, a thin film of a mixture of one or more addition-curing silicones and an antistatic agent comprising one or more cationic anhydrides, the thin film having a surface resistivity of 5X10<8>-5X10<13>OMEGA/square.
