PURPOSE:To excite a shade shape member in such a way as to be driven in the cylinder axis direction according to input vibration so as to enable the formation of a resonance system to optional frequency and realize low dynamic spring effect in every frequency region from low to high frequency vibration, thus obtaining sufficient damping effect. CONSTITUTION:A vibration isolating mount device is provided with a bottomed support cylinder body 8; a fitting member 3 on the opening end part side of the support cylinder body 8; an elastic support body 4 for connecting the fitting member 3 to the opening end part of the support cylinder body 8; a liquid chamber 11 partitioned by the elastic support body 4 and the support cylinder 8 and filled with liquid 2; a rod 14 protruding onto the liquid chamber 11 side along a cylinder axis X from the fitting member 3; a shade shape member 5 protruding radially from the tip part of the rod 14 so as to divide the liquid chamber 11 into two parts in the vertical direction; a protecting cylinder member 7 protruding onto the liquid chamber 11 side from the fitting member 3 so as to surround the outer peripheral edge 5b of the shade shape member 5; and an actuator 6 provided between the fitting member 3 and the rod 14 so as to excite the shade shape member 5 forcibly in the vertical direction according to the frequency of input vibration.
