PURPOSE:To always bring a polishing grinding wheel horizontally into contact with a polishing surface at the time of polishing by providing the polishing grinding wheel tiltably relating to a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:A bellows 6 is provided between a base board 8 of mounting a polishing grinding wheel 9 and a rotary shaft 4. Accordingly, even when the polishing grinding wheel 9 is brought into contact with a polishing surface in a condition that the rotary shaft 4 is tilted relating to the polishing surface of a floor surface or the like, by extending/contracting the bellows 6, the polishing grinding wheel 9 is always brought horizontally into contact against the polishing surface, to polish it. |
