PURPOSE:To prevent the outer diameter of a treating apparatus from taking a trend of becoming larger by allowing the treating of an organic tissue of a target part in a body cavity properly directing a treating function part accurately as desired. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic actuator 18 is made up of a stator 19 having a plurality of electrodes 21 in parallel and a moving element 20 having an insulating film 20 arranged facing the stator 19 and forms a drive means of grasping bodies 8 and 9. This allows the treatment of an organic tissue of a target part in a body cavity properly directing forceps 4 as desired. |
