PURPOSE:To mold a large lens sheet of high accuracy excellent in optical characteristics while achieving the shortening of a molding cycle and the reduction of production cost. CONSTITUTION:A light pervious resin 23 is supplied to the lens forming surface 17a of a lower mold 17 in a molten state from the nozzle 15 of an extruder 1 while it is allowed to flow out in a sheet form in the width corresponding to a lens sheet to be molded and, subsequently, the lens forming surface 19A of an upper mold 19 is opposed to the lens forming surface 17A of the lower mold 17 to mate the upper mold 19 with the lower mold 17. Next, the molten light pervious resin 23 is pressed and shaped by the upper mold 19 and the lower mold 17. |
