<p>PURPOSE:To constantly supervise a presence of abnormality occurrence of CPU operated drive control unit by refering actual/theoretic critical item situation data. CONSTITUTION:An abnormality supervising device of press machine is provided with a hard logic circuit 25, a reference circuit 35, a test pattern memory means 23 and a sequence circuit 22. The actual critical item situation data CJOD generated soft-wise at a drive control unit 10 is short and periodically refered to the theoretic critical item situation data that the hard logic circuit 25 generates hard- wise from the same latch input signal RIS, thus, the abnormality occurrence of the drive control unit is supervised, and it is constituted that the logic abnormality of the abnormality supervising device itself is self diagnosed. By this method, the safety of press machine is secured.</p> |
