PURPOSE:To achieve a suitable ventilating system by intersecting and connecting a hollow board-shaped member having a specific shape to a cylindrical hood main body, and restraining a counterflow, generated when any wind pressure is produced from various kinds of exhaust ports. CONSTITUTION:In an exhaust hood 10 a hollow board-shaped hood member is intersected and connected to an approximately cylindrical exhaust hood main body 1. The board-shaped hood member is provided with 2n+1 pieces (three in the figure) of exhaust members 5, 7, 9 protruded from the basic surface 4, and side wall portions 5a, 7a, and 9a of the exhaust members are formed by being bent clockwise, moreover ports 5b, 7b, and 9b are adjacently provided on these side wall portions. When outside air flow like wind flows into the inside of the board-shaped member from the opening of the exhaust member, rotary air flow is formed by the actions of respective side wall portions, and this rotary air flow becomes a forced vortex motion and generates a low- pressure region in the center area. So that, air in a room can be sucked into a low-pressure region. |
