PURPOSE:To provide a mix powder, containing beef extract powder uniformly dispersed therein, having beef flavor in the mix powder itself, used as breads, confectioneries, noodles, coating materials of fried foods, etc. CONSTITUTION:A seasoning liquid having a beef extract as a main raw material is concentrated and dried to prepare a beef extract powder having preferably <=7wt.% moisture content and 100-150 mesh particle size. The resultant beef extract powder is then added and blended with other raw materials for the mix powder such as wheat flour and the prepared blend is preferably aged for a prescribed period. |
