<p>PURPOSE: To make it possible to spray molten powder at a uniform concentration onto a base material surface by providing the subject device with an equipment for delivering the stream of the powder entrained in conveying air and combustible gas to a frame spray gun and an eductor controller for controlling the manipulation of the valve between a powder hopper and an eductor. CONSTITUTION: This flame spray coating device for melting the powder material containing a thermoplastic resin and propelling the material to the base material surface has the powder hopper 12, an eductor assembly 20 of the constitution to entrain the powder in the stream of the conveying air, an eductor air control valve 30 which is installed between the powder hopper 12 and the eductor assembly 20 and controls the stream of the powder from the hopper 12 into the eductor assembly 20 and the frame spray gun. The device is so constituted as to deliver the stream of the powder entrained in the conveying air and the combustible gas to the frame spray gun. An eductor control valve assembly 40 between the powder hopper 12 and the eductor assembly 20 is controlled by a control switch.</p> |
