PURPOSE:To improve reliability of a device by always performing stable film approach-controlled film conveyance, relating to a heater of film heating system using a turning endless film. CONSTITUTION:A heater of film heating system has an endless film 11 driven to be turned and a heating unit 14 arranged in an internal surface side of the endless film, to give heat of the heating unit to a heated material through the film by closely attaching the heated material (P) to the outside of the film to pass through a heating unit position together with the film. When assuming a film width direction as a direction orthogonal to a turning direction of the film, a device has means 23, 24 for performing approach control of the film by switching an approach direction of the film to a width direction in a turn driving process of the film and a means for making a displacement range of a film conveying path internal member movable in a displacement direction, by displacing the film conveying path internal member 12 by a predetermined amount. |
