PURPOSE:To provide an entirely new confectionery, arranged in a western style confectionery manner utilizing pumpkin, and imparted with a high-class feel as such confectionery despite of using pumpkin. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a pumpkin 1 hollowed out and having been immersed in a sugar solution is filled with a solidified confectionery such as custard pudding. Specifically, the inside of a pumpkin 1 prepared in advance is hollowed out, and the resulting pumpkin 1 is immersed in a sugar solution; or, a pumpkin 1 is first immersed in a sugar solution followed by hollowing out the inside of the pumpkin 1. Then, the inside of the pumpkin 1 is filled with a stock solution of a solidifiable confectionery followed by solidifying the stock solution, thus obtaining the objective confectionery. |
