PURPOSE:To facilitate setting of a restraint protection seat for an infant on a seat of a vehicle as well as carrying it and to store it in a small storage space by downsizing it when it is not use. CONSTITUTION:On a circular part 50b of an upper bracket 50 fixed on a seat back, to lock the seat back at three reclining angles, three lock holes 65, 66, 67 through which lock pins 56 are inserted are drilled on the same circumference of a specified radius from the center, and to lock the seat back at a folding position, a lock hole 68 through which the lock pin 56 is inserted is drilled on the same circumference of these lock holes 65, 66, 67. These lock holes 65, 66, 67, 68 are formed in an elliptical shape consisting of a minor axis (f) and a major axis (g), and in this case, the minor axis (f) is set in a size where the lock pin 56 is inserted and can slide with almost no clearance. Additionally, each of the lock holes 65, 66, 67, 68 is arranged so that the minor axis (f) comes to be in the circumferential direction of a concentric circle of a hole 64. |
