LIGHTWEIGHT CEMENT BUILDING MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an autoclave-aged lightweight cement building material excellent in nailing property with lightweight and in surface performance, high in strength at an early stage which is very important in production process and having closed cells. CONSTITUTION:This lightweight cement building material is obtained by blending 0.2-1 pts.wt. water absorptive polymer, 0.1-1 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin- foamed body having 10-50 times expansion ratio and 0.2-1.5mm particle diameter after foaming and one or plural kinds of admixtures with 100 pts.wt. inorganic ceramic powder composed of a hydraulic binder and an aggregate. The strength at an early stage is secured and the nailing property and surface skin are improved in multiple ways by a synergistic effect due to coexistence of the water absorptive polymer and the thermoplastic resin foamed body.
