LOW CARBURIZING GRAPHITE MATERIAL AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a low carburizing graphite material capable of suppressing carburizing phenomenon to a metal while maintaining easy workability. CONSTITUTION:A carbonizable resin is incorporated into a graphitizable carbonaceous material and heat treatment is carried out to produce the objective low carburizing graphite material having a structure contg. glassy carbon dispersed in a graphite material at 0.05-8 ratio of the glassy carbon to the graphite material. This hardly carburizing graphite material is used as the material of a graphite jig for forming stems on lead terminals of electronic parts.
