PURPOSE:To decrease cost, to reduce operation procedure and to make printing trouble hard to generate by providing one common impression cylinder, four blanket cylinders and four plate cylinders and attaching movable shift gears to three blanket cylinders among four blanket cylinders. CONSTITUTION:Shift gears 10-2, 12-2 and fixed gears 14-1, 16-1 are provided to the fixed gears 9-1a, 9-1b provided to a common impression cylinder 9-3, the shafts of blanket cylinders 10-3, 12-3 applying printing to the surfaces of the papers of perfecting units A, B meshed with the fixed gear 9-1b and the shafts of plate cylinders 14-3, 16-3. A shift gear 11-2 and fixed gears 13-1, 15-1, 17-1 are provided to the shafts of blanket cylinders 11-3, 13-3 printing the rears of the papers of the perfecting unit A, B meshed with the fixed gear 9-1a and the shafts of plate cylinders 15-3, 17-3. In the case of the application of four-color printing to a single surface, all of cylinders 9-3-17-3 are rotated in a mutual contact state and, in the case of the two-color printing of both surfaces, the blanket cylinders 10-3, 11-3, 12-3, 13-3 are brought to a contact state and the blanket cylinders 10-3-13-3 are separated from the common impression cylinder and one-color printing of both surfaces is performed by the perfecting units A, B. |
