HUMAN TYPE MONOCLONAL ANTIPEPTIDE ANTIBODY AND DNA CAPABLE OF CODING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a new antibody useful for treating allergic diseases. CONSTITUTION:The objective human type monoclonal antibody is present in a CH4 region of a human IgE antibody and has binding properties to a peptide H-Lys-Thr-Lys-Gly-Ser-Gly-Phe-Phe-Val-Phe-NH2 which is a signal for releasing a chemical mediator from a mastocyte sensitized with an allergen and is capable of suppressing the liberation of histamine from the mastocyte by stimulation with the allergen. This antibody is obtained by selecting a hybridoma producing the objective antibody from a hybridoma cell of a human lymphocyte in vitro sensitized with the peptide with a cell of human myeloma.
