PURPOSE:To improve the strength, dimensional accuracy, heat resistance of the plate and manufacture a low-cost rolled polymer without heat shrinkage by so controlling an input side temperature of a final path that a material temperature at the time of finishing rolling becomes a necessary heat resistant temperature to a melting point. CONSTITUTION:A method for manufacturing a polymer rolled plate comprises the step of rolling to manufacture a platelike product of a polymer material. When a material temperature at the time of finishing the rolling is 140 deg.C or higher, a shrinkage factor is very small of 7% or less. That is, when a reheating temperature is the material temperature or less at the time of finishing the rolling, a rolled plate is not substantially shrinked. When the material temperature at the time of finishing the rolling is necessary heat resistant temperature or higher from this fact, the rolled plate which is not substantially heat shrinked can be manufactured. Then, an input side temperature of the rolling is so controlled that the temperature at the time of finishing the rolling reaches a specified temperature. |
