DECODING SIGNAL ERROR CORRECTING APPARATUS

Replacing an error data with the one frame previous image data, and applying a proper low pass filter for removing a limiting phenomenon occurring during the replacing process, this device corrects an error data. The device comprises: an error correction decoding sec. (10) for outputting data and error flag signal; a block data selecting sec. (20) for selecting fixed bit data and fixed previous frame data; a block data decoding sec. (30) for decoding brightness and color block separately; an address and control signal generating sec. (40); a line memory (50) for memorizing separately decoded data; a filtering data selecting sec. (60) for selecting and generating the most proper filtering output.
