<p>Minimal odour-generating process for aerobic treatment (composting) of liquid and/or solid animal excrements in a mixture with organic carbon support material, which are placed, together with bacteria, into a rotating fermentation drum (6) and are aerated at increasing temperature, then chopped green waste is added to the discharged prerotted compost material and this mixture is intensively rotted (14) on an aeration plate and is then subjected to a postrotting (16), the waste air streams from the intermediate slurry store (10), the fermentation drum (6), the intensive rotting (14) and postrotting (16) being fed to a bioscrubber (23) and then to a biofilter, and bacterial mass being produced for the accelerated and selective degradation of the odour substances in the fermentation drum, in the bioscrubber and the activated sludge plant (25, 26) provided downstream, with addition of liquid animal excrements into the activation tank (25), and excess sludge being passed from the secondary settling tank (26) into a cell growth tank (27), where cell growth proceeds with addition of animal excrements, condensates and percolation water. <IMAGE></p> |
