<p>PURPOSE:To obtain good picture images and enough transfer efficiency and to enable fixing with heat, light and pressure by prepare the magnetic powder essentially consisting of resin, charge controlling agent, and magnetic material and, moreover, by constituting the magnetic powder of mixture of magnetic toners having low magnetic characteristics and high magnetic characteristics. CONSTITUTION:An insulating magnetic powder is used to develop an electrostatic latent image formed on a dielectric materical with irradiation of ion and fixed. The magnetic powder used consists of resin, charge controlling agent, and magnetic powder. Also, the magnetic powder consists of mixture of two kinds of magnetic toners having different magnetic characteristics. The mixing rate of the magnetic toner having low magnetic characteristics is 50-99.9wt.%, while the magnetic toner having high magnetic characteristics is 0.1-50wt.%. The obtd. magnetic powder is a one-component insulating magnetic toner, which is used to develop an electrostatic latent image formed on a dielectric material by irradiation of ion.</p> |
