A semi-rigid piece of revolution (30) has an anchoring part buried in the concrete forming a female ferrule (80) and a part defining an annular housing (36) issuing from the internal face (82) of the female ferrule. The annular housing takes the fixing portion (86) of an annular joint (84). The piece has a portion forming a lip parallel to the tube axis which partially closes the annular housing. The piece has a portion forming a collar (42) which extends from the housing as far as the zone connecting the internal face and the end face of the female ferrule. USE/ADVANTAGE - Allows fixing of a sealing joint on the female ferrule of two connecting tubes.
