PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor excited solid-state laser device which can be remarkably improved in excitation efficiency as compared with the conventional laser device. CONSTITUTION:In the title laser device which obtains its output light by resonating light obtained by exciting the output light of a semiconductor laser element 1 by emitting the output light upon the end face of a solid-state laser medium 2 with an optical resonator 5 composed of a plurality of mirror surfaces 3, the medium 2 is put in the resonator 5 so as to laser-oscillate the output light of the element 1. |
