PURPOSE:To generate a document in many kinds of Japanese-language expressions. CONSTITUTION:A KANA (Japanese syllabary)-KANJI (Chinese character) conversion part 11 converts the original text, which is inputted in KANA by a keyboard 10, to a text including KANA and KANJI together which has the same use of KANA as the original text and i$ based on KANJI in common use, and a full KANJI conversion part 21 converts the character codes of this text including KANA and KANJI together based on everyday KANJI to character codes of full KANJI and gives them to an output control part 22, and this part 22 outputs image data to an image output device 41 as it is but outputs data to a font printing output device 42 after referring to an SK code table 26 to convert character codes to corresponding font codes, thus generating a document in four kinds of Japanese-language expressions of contemporary use of KANA and KANJI in common use, hitorical use of KANA and everyday KANJI, contemporary use of KANA and full KANJI, and historical use of KANA and full KANJI. |
