PURPOSE:To fix an electronic component to a board securely, easily and in a short time. CONSTITUTION:A cut 11 is provided in a member 10 to form bending parts 12 and 13. The lead terminal 2 of an electronic component 1 which is inserted into the through-hole 3a of a board 3 is inserted into the cut 11 while the bending parts 12 and 13 are deformed to hold the member 10 at a position a predetermined distance (d) from the board 3. The member 10 is solidly soldered to the lead terminal 2 and a copper foil part 4 which is a conducting part and provided around the through-hole 3a of the board 3.
