PURPOSE:To reduce the cost without ausing the mismatching of characteristic impedances in regard of the installation structure of a microwave circuit module consisting of a microwave integrated circuit and a high frequency coaxial connector. CONSTITUTION:An L-shaped metallic block 30 consists of a vertical plate 31 where a flange 15 of a high frequency coaxial connector 10 is fixed onto the outer side face and a center conductor part pierces through an axial core hole and a horizontal plate 32 which has a pair of screw holes 35 where the small screws 9 are screwed at the rear surface side. A metallic base 40 has a size larger than a circuit substrate 1 where the block 30 is fixed by screwing the screws 9 into the holes 35 in a state where the bottom surface of the plate 32 touches close the upper surface side of the substrate 1. Then the rear side of the side edge part of the substrate 1 is fixed on the upper surface side of the plate 32 of the block 30 and a center conductor 11 touches close the upper surface side of a strip line 2. |
