发明名称 LINEAR OSCILLATION ACTUATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a strong force in the advancing direction in linear reciprocating operation by feeding a coil, disposed between both fluxes in a space where parallel fluxes are generated in opposite directions through an interval, with an exciting current controlled to have high magnitude during first half cycle and low magnitude during second half cycle. CONSTITUTION:Adjacent magnets 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 have opposite polarities wherein opposing magnets 1 and 3 or 2 and 4 have attracting polarities. When an exciting coil 6 is applied on a core 5 and the upper part thereof is excited with S pole, a mover is subjected to attraction to a pair of opposing magnets 2, 4 on the right while subjected to repellency from a pair of opposing magnets 1, 3 on the left and the mover moves to the right. When the upper part is excited with N pole, forces function in the opposite direction. An actuator is energized with a high current during upper half cycle of AC exciting current, and deenergized with a low current during lower half cycle of the exciting current.
